Opportunity to put down roots, build relationships and feel part of a team that looks after each other. Key Duties Review juniors'' preparation work and provide support and guidance. Review accounts prior to partner sign-off and help prepare information for client meetings. Prepare accounts for more complex clients from well-maintained digital records. Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, handling routine queries and building strong relationships. Manage your own block of clients, including workflow, WIP, billing and general file ownership alongside the partner. Grow into the role with opportunities for progression. Requirements At least two years'' accounting experience. Practice experience preferred. Confidence reviewing accounts and supporting junior staff.
