Our client has reached a point of growth that they have enlisted our services to assist with the recruitment of an experienced Accounts Manager, to oversee client work, manage and motivate the accounts team. The firm are a national company, but operations are managed locally, which means you get the best of both worlds - being a key member in a close team whilst having the benefit of the support of a large business. The company is also independently owned, and you report immediately to the Director. As well as managing clients- SME to medium sized entities - your role will be to support the Director with the day-to-day management of the firm, so that they can focus on sales and business development.
