Job Title Accounts Director Location Lancashire Salary £80,000 - £100,000 A well-established and growing accountancy practice in Lancashire is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Director to join its senior leadership team. This is an opportunity for an ambitious ACA or ACCA qualified accountant who is looking beyond their current Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director position and wants a genuine route towards Partnership in the future. The role would suit someone with strong experience across accounts and business advisory work, who enjoys developing client relationships, leading teams and playing a wider role in the growth of a practice. What you will be doing as an Accounts Director Managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger privately owned organisations Overseeing the delivery of accounts, year-end compliance and wider business advisory work Acting as a senior point of contact for clients and developing long-term relationships Providing commercial and strategic advice to clients beyond their core compliance requirements Reviewing accounts and ensuring high standards of technical delivery Managing, mentoring and developing members of the accounts team Supporting the wider team with technical queries and complex client assignments Identifying opportunities to broaden client relationships and introduce additional services Playing an active role in business development and winning new work Working alongside Partners and other ..... full job details .....
