Accounts Controller / Merchandiser

In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer requirements are met at every stage, from samples and orders to pre-production and final delivery. Your responsibilities will include liaising with customers to address orders, solving problems, and making decisions in collaboration with the team leader or director.-

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess the ability to manage-a fast-paced critical path and build excellent relationships with customers and suppliers.-

Accounts Controller / Merchandiser- -The role :-

• Responsible for ensuring customer requirements are achieved through all stages of the critical path from samples, orders, pre-production to final delivery.
• Liaising with customers regarding orders, problem solving and making decisions, these must be done in conjunction with team leader / Director.
• Attend customer meetings to ensure continued customer satisfaction and that all opportunities are capitalised on.
• Reporting to the Team leader / Director with weekly and monthly updates, escalating issues where necessary.
• To ensure effective communication at all levels, internally and externally.
• Ad hoc duties as required by management.

Accounts Controller / Merchandiser - The candidate:-

• Ability to build excellent customer and supplier relations.
• IT literate with sound experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programmes.
• Experience of managing fast-paced critical path.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent time keeping and ability to meet short deadlines.
• Ability to develop and inspire a close-knit team.
• Capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible approach to working to fast moving, changing demands.
