This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading organisation that operates on a global scale and offers genuine career development opportunities within a supportive and collaborative finance team.Reporting into senior finance leadership, you''ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the finance function, taking ownership of accounts payable processes, payroll administration and month-end accounting activities.Key Responsibilities:Accounts PayableProcessing supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring accurate coding and approvalsReconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice and payment queriesPreparing and processing supplier payment runsManaging cashbooks and posting bank transactionsInvestigating and resolving outstanding creditor balancesEnsuring compliance with internal financial controls and proceduresPayrollProcessing monthly payroll for hourly-paid employeesPreparing payroll journals, including wages, PAYE, National Insurance and pension entriesReconciling payroll-related accounts and balance sheet itemsManaging payroll accruals, including holiday pay and bonus provisionsEnsuring HMRC ..... full job details .....
