Accounts Clerk
Location: Wilton
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Clerk to join their finance team within a large-scale industrial operation.
This role offers a balanced position across both purchase and sales ledger functions, supporting financial accuracy and cash flow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices and managing purchase ledger activities
- Matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
- Preparing and supporting payment runs
- Raising customer invoices and maintaining the sales ledger
- Monitoring aged debt and supporting credit control
- Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Previous experience in an accounts payable, receivable, or finance assistant role
- Strong working knowledge of Sage accounting software desirable
- Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments desirable
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- AAT qualified or working towards preferred
