Accounts Clerk
Robert Half are worksing with a well-established manufacturing firm based in Wetherby, we are seeking an Interim Accounts Clerk to provide support during a period of absence. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who can step into a busy team and provide immediate support across transactional finance duties.The role is expected to last for approximately 3-4 months and will suit someone with previous accounts experience, ideally including exposure to procurement and/or purchase ledger responsibilities.Key responsibilities may include:Processing purchase invoices and maintaining the purchase ledgerSupporting procurement administration and supplier coordinationReconciling supplier statementsAssisting with payment runsHandling invoice queries and resolving discrepanciesSupporting the wider finance team with general accounts administrationAbout you:Previous experience in an Accounts Clerk or similar finance support roleIdeally experience in procurement and/or purchase ledgerStrong attention to detail and accuracyAble to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentConfident using finance systems and ExcelThis role will require onsite attendance in Wetherby at least one day per week, with flexibility around the remainder of the working week.
