ACCOUNTS CLERK FREIGHT

We are recruiting for an accounts clerk to join a growing team with freight forwarding Monday to Friday pmAs an Accounts Assistant Daily duties will include:Process supplier invoices and manage invoice exceptionsReconcile supplier statements and monitor credit termsProduce payment runs and accurately allocate paymentsLiaise with stations, suppliers and operational teams to resolve queriesContribute to continuous improvement and uphold our core valuesAbout You2+ years'' experience in an accounting team (freight forwarding experience)Confident with Microsoft Office; BOXTOP AND SAGE experience an advantageFull UK driver''s licence, own vehicle, and within commuting distance of Heathrow advantageExcellent communication skills and a customer-service mindsetOrganised, proactive, and able to meet multiple ..... full job details .....
