ctrg are currently working in partnership with a well-known client, where we have an exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Clerk in Horbury, Wakefield to work for the Co-op.This role offers working days and hours of Monday to Friday (Apply online only). This is a full time, temporary office role. (Not a hybrid or working from home role.)The hourly rate is 13.44ph.The job role includes, but is not limited too:Collating and verifying all expenses associated with Primary operations and obtain full authorisation from relevant management.Collating information from both internal and external sources for data entry.Data input using Excel - high level of accuracy required.Reconciling transactions and balancing accounts information.Preparing Weekly basic financial reports in a timely manner.Working collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders, in order to gather key information to proactively identify and escalate any current issues.To support the Commercial and Accounts Manager in the ad hoc compilation of relevant financial data and statistics for the department.Key skills include :Strong analytical skills.Excellent Excel skills including the use of basic formula''s.High attention to detail and date input accuracy.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.Ability to plan and organise own work to meet tight deadlines.Ability to follow directions and procedures.Ability to work as part of a team.Location: Horbury ..... full job details .....
