This role offers working days and hours of Monday to Friday (Apply online only). This is a full time, temporary office role. (Not a hybrid or working from home role.) The hourly rate is -13.44ph. The job role includes, but is not limited too: Collating and verifying all expenses associated with Primary operations and obtain full authorisation from relevant management. Collating information from both internal and external sources for data entry. Data input using Excel - high level of accuracy required. Reconciling transactions and balancing accounts information. Preparing Weekly basic financial reports in a timely manner. Working collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders, in order to gather key information to proactively identify and escalate any current issues. To support the Commercial & Accounts Manager in the ad hoc compilation of relevant financial data and statistics for the department. Key skills include : Strong analytical skills.
