Accounts Bookkeeper / Purchase Ledger Assistant - Flexible Hybrid
My client is a well established accountancy firm and they are now looking to recruit an Accounts Bookkeeper / Purchase Ledger Assistant. My client is flexible for you to work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. This is a highly varied role where you will get involved in: Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. Process accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly to ensure consistency across all financial data. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures by verifying data integrity and completeness. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and resolve discrepancies promptly.
