Accounts Assistant - TAX 3-month contract | Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote) - Swindon Start: End of April/Early MayWe are currently supporting a business with the appointment of an experienced Temporary Tax/Finance Accountant for an initial 3-month contract, starting at the end of April or early May.This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home in Swindon. Key responsibilities will include:Preparation and submission of VAT returnsPosting monthly intercompany recharge journals using Microsoft Dynamics AXCollating data and submitting ONS returnsP11D preparation and submissionsSupporting with corporation tax queries and preparing relevant dataAssisting with ad hoc external tax reporting as requiredAbout you:Proven experience in a tax-focused finance role (VAT, P11Ds, corporation tax exposure)Confident using Dynamics AX (or similar ERP systems)Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlinesComfortable working in a hybrid, short-term contract environmentThis role would suit someone immediately available or coming to the end of a contract who is looking for a hands-on, varied assignment within a supportive finance team.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
