Accounts Assistant

Time Appointments are delighted to be working on behalf of an established company in Ipswich who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team Key Duties and Responsibilities: Raising sales invoices and credit notes accurately and within deadlines Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally Processing weekly and monthly payment runs Daily banking / bank reconciliation Sending customer statements and overdue payment reminders Maintaining funding software and customer database accuracy Any other ADHOC administrative duties as business requires Skills and Experience Required: Prior experience in a sales ledger or accounts administration role Excellent attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills Accounting experience / qualifications are preferred but not essential Must have a good working MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook A professional and positive approach with a willingness to learn If this sounds like you, and you would like to join a well-established, positive, no-nonsense company then we want to hear from ..... full job details .....
