They are looking for a driven Accounts Assistant to join the team and contribute to the smooth running of the company''s financial processes.This role offers exposure to a broad range of accounting activities, providing an excellent platform to further develop technical expertise while adding real value to the business.Key ResponsibilitiesReconcile daily bank transactions across multiple currenciesManage the business card expense process and balance reconciliationsOversee accounts payable, including supplier statement checksSupport accounts receivable and collaborate with project leads on budget trackingComplete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with VAT returnsContribute to month-end reporting and year-end preparationProvide general finance administration and ad-hoc team supportKey RequirementsMinimum two year''s experience in a similar finance roleConfident using accounting software and ExcelClear and professional communication skillsAAT (or equivalent) desirablePersonal AttributesHigh attention to detailWell-organised and able to meet deadlines independentlyProactive and adaptableProcess-driven with a continuous improvement mindsetThis is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to broaden ..... full job details .....
