Working within an established accounts team, your responsibilities will include: Processing supplier and subcontractor invoices, ensuring they are accurately coded and allocated. Checking invoices for accuracy, gaining invoice approvals Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies. Preparing and processing mid-month and month-end supplier payment runs. Maintaining accurate supplier and customer account records. Managing the accounts inbox and responding to queries from customers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams. Processing and reconciling bank statements. Completing monthly CIS returns. Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register. Preparing sales invoices and processing sales applications and certificates. Assisting with credit control. Supporting with other accounts and payroll duties as required.
