Accounts AssistantIn the main, responsibilities including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and entering data into financial systems. Key duties involve maintaining financial records, assisting with audits and financial reporting, and performing administrative support for the finance team. Essential skills for this role are strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, and good communication. ResponsibilitiesFinancial Record Keeping:Process and record financial transactions and journals.Maintain and update sales and purchase ledgers.Handle petty cash transactions and maintain ledgers. Accounts Payable and Receivable:Process invoices and bills for payment.Issue invoices to clients and external partners.Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Reconciliations and Reporting:Perform bank statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy.Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
