Our client a leading global manufacturer and distributor is seeking a motivated individual to provide 4 weeks of temporary cover within their small busy accounts team.The Role As an Accounts Assistant, you ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day finance operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Managing Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger duties Processing invoices accurately and efficiently Maintaining filing systems and financial records Answering incoming calls and taking messages Providing general administrative support to a small, close-knit office team About You You ll bring a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail. Ideally, you ll have: Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance support role Working knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A professional and friendly telephone manner The ability to work independently and as part of a small team Why Join?
