As a Sytner Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day function of the accounts department assisting primarily with purchase ledger transactional level accounting. Part-time hours will ideally span 5 days (Monday-Friday) covering 25-30 hours per week. The role will be based at our Head Offices in Enderby, Leicester to which you must be able to commute. The main areas of responsibility will include: Assisting with purchase ledger transactional accounting Invoice registration Statement reconciliations Payment processing Handling supplier queries Adhoc duties as required Candidates will have a minimum of 1 years'' experience within a similar accounting or finance admin role preferably within a professional, corporate environment. Experience of using the Keyloop DMS software package and Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
