This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-established business with an impressive history and play a crucial role in the smaller finance function for this particular entity.They are looking for someone with experience as an Accounts Assistant, or with a strong administrative background and good numerical skills as the role is focused on day to day financial management including, invoicing, bank reconciliations, reporting and cash allocation. Experience using Kerridge and/or working in a dealership environment would be advantageous but is not a requirement.What will you be doing?Financial management of contracts including periodic reconciliations.Inputting and coding cash book payments/receipts.Supporting with any data entry into the computer system.Maintaining company petty cash records.Preparing bank reconciliation.Completing manufacturing and sales reports weekly.Regular cash allocation and resolving discrepancies.Regularly updating debtors reports.Overseeing hire invoicing/billing.Assisting with purchase ledger invoicing as required.Reconciling sales to purchase ledger and resolving any discrepancies.Reconciling nominal ledger accounts when required.Assisting in monthly management accounts preparation.What skills are we looking for?Experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a ..... full job details .....
