Accounts Assistant Service Charge

Accounts Assistant (service charge) required for a new and exciting permanent opportunity working for a well established business based in Birmingham city centre with a view to start immediately. You will be working as part of a small friendly but well established finance team and will be responsible for preparing, managing, and reconciling service charge budgets, liaising with residents and contractors, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounts assistant who is ideally looking to study a professional qualification (ideally CIMA) and has some working knowledge of service charge accounting. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, a thirst for learning and have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other computerised accounting software.
