Accounts Assistant North West London Multisite Hospitality Business £28-33,000 This expanding multi-site hospitality business in North West London is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join its busy team. Key tasks include: Recording of purchase invoices on Sage Supplier statement reconciliation Weekly cash tracking across all sites within company (cash, credit card, kiosk, delivery aggregators) Preparation of reports for management on weekly basis Dealing with suppliers, customers and other related parties on an ad hoc basis Daily banking with ad hoc filing Preparation of management accounts, accruals/prepayments etc. VAT returns Weekly bank reconciliations Weekly petty cash reconciliations Key Skills required This role would suit someone who has previous accounts experience and is accustomed to working in a fast paced environment.
