Accounts Assistant £28,000 to £30,000 Full time London Hybrid We are working with a leading live music and music management company. What you''ll be doing Maintaining books and records on Sage Line 50 and Xero for limited companies, LLPs and sole traders Cash book management and bank reconciliations Raising and posting sales invoices and reviewing outstanding debtors Processing purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements and managing creditors Posting and reconciling credit card transactions Preparing VAT returns in line with Making Tax Digital requirements Managing client cashflow and setting up approved bank payments Liaising with banks, suppliers, clients and colleagues as needed Supporting the wider team with ad hoc projects What they''re looking for 1 to 2 years of experience within a media, music or entertainment practice. This is a must. Strong numerical and analytical skills Well organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines A confident communicator, comfortable with clients and colleagues alike Able to use their own initiative and work well in a team A genuine interest in the music industry is a real plus.
