This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with payroll and accounts payable experience who is looking for a long-term position.The successful candidate will support the day-to-day finance function, with a particular focus on payroll administration, CIS processing, and purchase ledger activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on timeAdministering Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) deductions and submissionsManaging the purchase ledger function from invoice receipt through to paymentMatching, coding, and posting supplier invoicesReconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepanciesProcessing payment runsAssisting with month-end finance tasksMaintaining accurate financial records and documentationLiaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding account queriesSupporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as requiredSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in an Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant rolePayroll processing experience essentialGood understanding of CIS administration and complianceStrong purchase ledger/accounts payable ..... full job details .....
