Accounts AssistantLocation: Magherafelt areaJob Type: Full-time Permanent Office-basedSalary: Competitive/dependent on experienceReed Accountancy and Finance are working closely with a highly successful and dynamic company based in the Magherafelt Area who are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on permanent, full-time basis.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous finance or accounts administration experience who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and growing business.The successful Accounts Assistant will work closely with the wider finance function, you will assist with a range of accounting and administrative duties, helping to ensure financial information is processed accurately and efficiently.Day-to-day of the role:Assist with the daily operation of the finance department with a focus on accounts receivable transactions.Process and maintain financial transactions, including supplier invoices, customer invoicing, receipts and payments.Reconcile supplier and customer accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies where required.Support banking activities, including account reconciliations and monitoring cash movements.Contribute to month-end reporting and finance procedures.Provide assistance with payroll-related administration.Support the preparation of VAT submissions and other compliance requirements.Maintain organised and accurate financial records.Assist in the production of management reports ..... full job details .....
