We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company that is committed to sustainable solutions and offers a generous benefits package.Day-to-day of the role:Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.Raise and process customer invoices.Manage aged debt queries and undertake credit control activities.Review open jobs and ensure financial records are up to date.Process BACS payments and issue remittances.Perform daily bank reconciliations.Set up new supplier and customer accounts.Assist with month-end finance tasks as required.Provide general administrative support to the finance team.Undertake other ad hoc duties as required.Required Skills and Qualifications:At least 1-2 years'' experience in a finance or accounts role.Able to start within a few weeksGood understanding of purchase ledger, sales ledger, and bank reconciliations.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Good communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers and suppliers.Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Experience using accounting software would be ..... full job details .....
