This role will initially be full-time to support a period of transition and process improvement, before moving to a part-time arrangement for the right individual. This is a varied and hands-on position with responsibility across purchase ledger, cashbook processing, supplier payments, reconciliations and month-end support. We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage their own workload with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Purchase Ledger Process / match supplier invoices and credit notes accurately within Sage 50. Ensure correct nominal ledger coding and VAT treatment. Investigate and resolve pricing, quantity and receipting discrepancies. Manage the purchase ledger inbox, responding promptly and professionally to supplier queries.
