This role is office-based in Romney Marsh and offers flexibility in terms of working hours, requiring a minimum of three days per week for at least a two-week assignment. The initial focus will be on preparing bank reconciliations for VAT returns. Day-to-day of the role: Processing purchase and sales invoices to maintain up-to-date financial records. Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Assisting with the preparation and submission of VAT returns. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive financial records. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in handling financial records and processing invoices. Strong understanding of bank reconciliation processes. Experience assisting with VAT returns is preferable. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
