This is a temporary ongoing position, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and previous experience in a fast-paced finance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting day-to-day finance operations within the organisationProcessing purchase orders and maintaining accurate recordsRecording sales transactions and updating financial systemsCarrying out account reconciliations to ensure accuracyChasing outstanding payments in a professional and timely mannerManaging a shared NHS email inbox, responding to queries and patient-related financial requestsMatching invoices and resolving any discrepanciesAssisting with general finance administration as requiredSkills and Experience RequiredAAT Level 2 qualification (essential)Previous experience in an accounts or finance assistant roleWorking knowledge of Xero accounting softwareStrong organisational skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectivelyConfident communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working within healthcare or NHS settings (desirable but not essential)What We''re Looking ForA proactive and reliable individualSomeone comfortable working in a ..... full job details .....
