Office based role OverviewWe are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control to join our team.This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within the finance function, supporting both the Director and Manager with a range of financial and administrative duties.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and supplier paymentsOverseeing Accounts Receivable, including issuing invoices and allocating paymentsHandling Credit Control, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and maintaining client relationshipsAssisting with bank reconciliations and financial record keepingSupporting month end and ad hoc finance tasksProviding general finance administration support to the Director and ManagerMaintaining accurate and up to date financial recordsRequirementsProven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit ControlStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsConfident communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a ..... full job details .....
