This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong transactional finance experience who enjoys working in a varied role and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a finance function. The successful candidate will have previous finance experience, strong reconciliation skills, and be comfortable working to deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Primary Tasks Produce monthly stock-related reports. Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations to strict deadlines. Code and process company credit card transactions on a monthly basis. Maintain and process monthly mileage records. Process weekly stock usage and post stock and mileage batches. Conduct weekly subcontractor insurance checks. Check weekly payroll information for accuracy. Process weekly timesheets.
