Accounts Assistant Milton Keynes £30,000 - £35,000 Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for your next opportunity within a supportive and collaborative finance team? We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a growing business in Milton Keynes. This is a varied role offering exposure to multiple areas of finance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a small team and supporting wider accounting functions. Key Responsibilities Managing the purchase ledger and processing supplier invoices Reconciling supplier statements and resolving account queries Assisting with month-end processes and reporting Maintaining accurate financial records and data integrity Supporting import/export accounting transactions Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders Assisting with ad hoc finance tasks and projects About You Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or Purchase Ledger role Strong understanding of accounts payable processes Experience using accounting software (Xero advantageous) High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills A proactive team player who can support across multiple finance functions Benefits Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Study support and career development opportunities Friendly and supportive working environment Excellent long-term progression opportunities If you''re looking for a varied Accounts ..... full job details .....
