This role involves managing multi-currency bank and account reconciliations, invoice processing, and assisting with payroll and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or have equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Day-to-day of the role: Conduct multi-currency bank and account reconciliations. Process multi-currency invoices and manage supplier payment runs. Administer online banking and credit card platforms. Handle monthly employee payroll and pension information in coordination with outsourced specialists. Maintain accurate and complete HR records, including annual leave and company car fleet records.
