Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger

It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional seeking stability and long-term progression.The RoleReporting into senior management, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, with a primary focus on the purchase ledger. Duties will include:Processing supplier invoices onto Sage Line 50Recording invoices accurately against purchase ordersMatching invoices with delivery notes and purchase ordersEnsuring invoices are fully authorised prior to inputReconciling supplier statements monthlyPreparing and checking monthly expensesAssisting with supplier BACS runsProviding cover for other finance duties during holidays and absencesAbout YouPrevious experience in an accounts or purchase ledger roleConfident user of Sage Line 50Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookHighly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalFlexible, dependable and comfortable working as part of a teamAs an Adecco Temporary Associate, you''ll have access to our exclusive benefits portal, including discounts from major retailers, well-being support, and employee recognition.This role offers ..... full job details .....
