They are known for delivering professional, client-focused support and are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team in Hull city centre.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with legal accounts or cashiering experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.The RoleThe Accounts Assistant - Client will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, with a strong focus on client account transactions and compliance with SRA Accounts Rules.Key ResponsibilitiesClient AccountsProcessing client receipts, payments, and transfers accuratelyMaintaining and updating client ledgers and matter accountsReconciling client balances and assisting with regular account reconciliationsEnsuring all client funds are allocated correctly and in line with regulationsFinancial ProcessingPosting banking transactions to both office and client accountsProcessing electronic payments including BACS, CHAPS, and Faster PaymentsSupporting billing processes, disbursements, and expense handlingInvestigating and resolving account discrepanciesCompliance and ControlsSupporting compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and internal proceduresAssisting with audit preparation and audit queriesMonitoring residual and aged client balancesMaintaining accurate records ..... full job details .....
