We''ve just placed their new Finance Manager, who starts end of the month; and you''ll be working closely with him and the FD - both of whom are brilliant, easy-going and genuinely nice people to work with. The role itself is nice and varied, covering both sides of the ledger, and they''re at an interesting point in the finance function. The new Finance Manager has been brought in specifically to make processes slicker, introduce some improvements and get things working as they should. So, full transparency - it''s not perfect yet. There will be things where you''ll probably think "I''d do that differently" and processes that need tightening up. But that''s actually the exciting bit.
