We’re working with a client who’s on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their friendly finance team. If you’ve got a background in supporting busy finance functions and enjoy variety in your role, this could be right up your street.
 
Responsibilities of the Account Assistant role:

- Processing supplier invoices
- Matching, batching and coding invoices with accuracy
- Supporting payment runs and handling supplier queries
- Maintain ledgers and assisting with month-end responsibilities

 
The ideal Accounts Assistant candidate will have:

- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
- Experience with invoice processing, payment runs, and general finance admin
- An AAT or ACCA qualification or equivalent
- Good Excel skills and confidence using finance systems
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical way of working
