These roles have been created to support the business with the clearance of a significant invoice backlog and will suit candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment.Previous experience using SAP is highly desirable, along with a proven background in managing large volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently.Accounts Payable AssistantDuties and Responsibilities:Processing high volumes of supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.Matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and supplier queries.Reconciling supplier statements and accounts.Supporting payment runs and ensuring payment deadlines are met.Assisting with the clearance of a backlog of outstanding invoices.Maintaining accurate records within SAP and ensuring data integrity.Liaising with internal departments and suppliers to resolve outstanding issues.Requirements:Previous Accounts Payable experience.Strong working knowledge of SAP preferred.Experience processing a high volume of invoices.Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy finance ..... full job details .....
