Accounts Assistant

We are recruiting for a part time Accounts Assistant for our family run client in Wickford 3 days per week 9am to 5pm (flexi on actual days). The role: Deal with customer queries via telephone and email. These queries involve Supplier Forms, Credit Notes/Refunds, Copy Invoices, Credit Applications, email address updates. Posting NatWest BACS Payments Credit control including emailing monthly statements, emailing dunning letters, chasing invoices for accounts that have gone on stop and chasing payment on accounts for payments received without a remittance. Create and email Monthly Invoices Invoice entry Cover Purchase Ledger for other team member holidays.
