Accounts Assistant

NLB-Solutions-are-working-with-a-large-business-in-Luton-who-are-looking-for-an-Accounts-Assistant-that-is-able-to-deal-with-processing-of-invoices,-reconciliations,-allocation-of-cash-and-some-accruals-work-too.-The-company-are-hoping-to-attract-someone-that-is-looking-for-a-some-development-but-that-will-look-at-this-role-as-something-that-they-can-develop-and-get-more-out-of-over-the-next-few-years.-The-company-are-looking-for-someone-that-is-either-and-AAT-studier-or-AAT-qualified.

The-company-are-looking-for-all-staff-to-be-back-in-the-office-as-they-feel-that-the-business-benefits-from-the-full-interaction-of-the-staff.-They-have-expanding-the-amount-of-office-space-that-is-available-for-finance-team-to-work-in.-They-do-have-a-very-supportive-management-team-and-this-role-has-come-about-due-to-an-internal-promotion.

Duties:-

• Processing-of-purchase-orders
• Produce-monthly-accruals-for-PO''s
• Calculate-commissions
• Review-disputed-invoices
• Respond-to-telephone-queries
• Respond-to-pricing-queries
• Setting-up-new-customers
• Update-pricing-lists
• Allocate-daily-cash
• Bank-and-credit-card-reconciliations
• Staff-expenses

Person-spec:

• AAT-studier-or-potential-studier
• Excellent-communication-skills-both-written-and-verbal
• Experience-of-accounts-admin
