As an Accounts Assistant you will be working closely with the Finance Manager, this is a broad transactional role that covers both Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger duties along with supporting with Month/Year End and VAT returns.Accounts Assistant ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable: Reconcile items to be invoiced using our in-house systemProduce customer Invoices on XeroCredit Control, chasing outstanding debtReconcile subcontractor invoices with services renderedBank reconciliations Purchase Ledger: Ensuring all in-house purchases are approved in line with proceduresPost invoices to XeroStatement Reconciliations Supporting the Finance Manager with: Month End Preparation and reportsVAT returnsYear- end reporting Accounts Assistant Experience Required Experience 1-2 years min experience within an account s roleSomeone who can work on there own and as part of a teamGreat attention to detail and communication skillsTeam Player, confident and articulateGood knowledge of Excel, Sage or Xero Please get in touch for immediate consideration by contacting Jodie Cooper at NC ..... full job details .....
