Reporting directly to the Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation, ensuring financial information is processed accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining strong financial controls. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Processing supplier invoices accurately and in line with company procedures. Coding invoices to the correct general ledger, department, cost centre and project codes. Managing supplier queries and maintaining accurate supplier records. Performing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies. Preparing payment runs for approval and ensuring payments are made within agreed terms. Income and Debtor Administration Allocating incoming payments within the finance system. Ensuring income is accurately coded and recorded. ..... full job details .....
