This is an office-based role and offers immediate start. The successful candidate will support day-to-day finance operations, focusing on purchase ledger, cash handling, and general accounts tasks. Key Responsibilities:Process purchase ledger transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and paymentsPerform cash handling and cashier duties, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and daily reconciliationManage and reconcile petty cash and support banking activitiesAssist with Accounts Receivable and allocation of payments where requiredSupport month-end processes and produce accurate financial recordsHandle supplier and internal queries related to invoices or paymentsEnsure compliance with internal controls and company proceduresCandidate Requirements:Previous experience in an accounts assistant, purchase ledger, or cashier roleStrong numerical skills and Excel proficiencyOrganised, detail-focused, and able to work independentlyPositive attitude with willingness to support a busy finance teamWhat''s on Offer:Full-time, office-based role (Monday-Friday)6-month fixed-term contract with immediate startOpportunity ..... full job details .....
