This role will be hybrid and the site has free parking.DescriptionThe successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:Management of accounts inbox and first point of contact for all accounts related enquires.Purchase ledger management including analysis and processing of all invoices to Sage.Quarterly purchase ledger statement reconciliations.Analyse stock purchases on Cegid and reconcile to supplier invoices using Docuware software through Sage processing.Prepare monthly stock retrospective discount journals and post to Sage.Reconcile store sales control accounts including processing and reconciliation of weekly Ayden reports and management of weekly store sales reports.ProfileThe successful candidate will likely have the following profile:Proven experience in purchase ledger processes and procedures.Experience with Excel and Microsoft office packages.Strong attention to detail ..... full job details .....
