Description
The key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant will include:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Managing supplier statements and reconciliations
- Assisting with payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Supporting month-end processes
- Handling queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate financial records
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar Finance role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- A proactive and positive approach
- Studying AAT or looking to study in the future
Job Offer
- A salary between -28,000 - -32,000 per annum, based on experience
- Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days working from home after training
