Michael Page are working with a growing business based in Oldham that is looking to add an Accounts Assistant to its finance team.

Description

The key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant will include:

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices
  • Managing supplier statements and reconciliations
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supporting month-end processes
  • Handling queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate financial records

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar Finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • A proactive and positive approach
  • Studying AAT or looking to study in the future

Job Offer

  • A salary between -28,000 - -32,000 per annum, based on experience
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days working from home after training
