- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update financial records in line with company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks with precision.
- Collaborate with the wider accounting and finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Respond to internal and external financial queries professionally.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
