This is a hands-on role covering both purchase and sales ledger, ideal for someone who enjoys working across the detail and keeping the finance function running smoothly.Key responsibilities:Purchase Ledger Processing purchase invoices and credit notes Supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies Managing the accounts inbox and handling supplier queries Processing expenses and company credit card claims Monitoring aged payables Processing and reconciling petty cash Sales Ledger Undertaking daily banking procedures and posting to the ledgers Allocating cash receipts to ledger accounts Maintaining sales ledger accounts and investigating discrepancies About you: Previous experience in a similar role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident using accounting systems and Excel Organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines Comfortable liaising with suppliers and internal ..... full job details .....
