Position Overview As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key part in the finance team. You will ensure the accuracy of financial records and support the company''s continued growth. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of the finance department in a busy and supportive environment. Responsibilities Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently. Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any queries. Manage and validate transport invoices for payment. Prepare and issue customer credit notes correctly. Update pricing information on the company''s ERP system. Assist with weekly and monthly financial reconciliations. Support the team with month-end and year-end processes. Process employee expense claims in a timely manner. Requirements Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role is preferred. A good understanding of basic accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP).
