Accounts Assistant
Key areas of responsibilityBilling for PR and Partnerships business, including obtaining purchase order numbers when required. Identifying and obtaining missing information e.g., signed contractsCorrecting billing issues that ariseHandling billing questionsObtaining and checking support for expenses to be billed to clients - ensuring they are correctly chartedRaising credit notes (when and if required)Completing new vendor set up forms/portal registrationsVerifying banking detailsEnsuring Tax documents are received as neededRunning job reports as needed and directed by Account teamsAssist with coding and submitting vendor invoices for the PR and Partnerships businessAdvising Accounts Teams on payment date for vendor invoicesDistributing weekly AR and AP reports to account leadsOther ad-hoc responsibilitiesQualifications(Desirable) Hands on exposure to CRM systemsMust have excellent proficiency in ExcelExcellent attention to detail and numeracyGood communication, presentation and relationship building skills and the ability to proactively work in teams Able to work without close supervision on business-as-usual tasks (Desirable) Knowledge of the SAP accounting systemMust be flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on ad hoc/new tasks as required by the businessOrganized with an ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet strict deadlinesInterest in Sports/Marketing/Media ..... full job details .....
