The business works both across the UK and internationally, so the role offers excellent exposure and variety day to day.This position would suit someone with solid accounts experience who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and is happy managing a broad workload in a busy environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing sales and purchase ledger transactionsAllocating customer payments and reconciling accountsSupporting invoice processing and dispatch administrationHandling customer account queries via telephone and emailProcessing sales returns and maintaining accurate recordsPerforming bank and credit card reconciliationsSupporting online sales and finance reconciliationsSetting up and maintaining customer accountsAssisting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as requiredWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience within an accounts or finance roleStrong reconciliation and ledger experienceGood Excel and IT skillsConfident communication skillsOrganised with strong attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasksExperience using Sage 200 or similar finance systems would be ..... full job details .....
