Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including purchase invoice processing, cash allocation, supplier payments, and cash flow monitoring. Process and manage month-end payment runs. Post cash and credit card expenses and perform statement reconciliations. Create purchase orders and set up new supplier accounts as required. Review and process employee mileage claims. Monitor the shared accounts inbox and direct queries to the appropriate team members. Review and update customer account information. Issue customer statements and assist with credit control activities where required. Support stock count updates and cost analysis. Assist with the preparation of weekly management reports and dashboards. Provide ad hoc finance support, reporting, and administrative assistance as required.
